When you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us to process your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
Data Storage / Contract Processing
For the purpose of contract fulfillment, the following data is also stored by us: name, address, email address, phone number, bank account details, and credit card details. The data you provide is necessary for fulfilling the contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, except for the transmission of credit card details to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company we commission for the delivery of goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
If the purchasing process is canceled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the case of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be retained until the expiry of the statutory tax retention period (7 years).
The data including name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will additionally be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
The data provided by the customer is used exclusively for business transactions and maintaining customer relationships. Otherwise, we do not share data with third parties. The customer may revoke this consent at any time. Additionally, the customer may request, modify, or delete the stored data at any time.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Our website integrates social media plugins to allow recommending and sharing articles on the social network Facebook. We use a two-step process for this. Data is only transferred to third parties when users click on one of the icons displayed in the social media bar. We have no influence over or access to cookies set by the social networks themselves.
